Indoor sports seasons

Indoor seasons are typically used for sports such as squash and badminton.

There are three indoor seasons: fall, spring, and summer.

  • Fall season runs from September through December and typically marks the start of the indoor competition year.
  • Spring season runs from January through May and is usually the main competitive season with the highest participation.
  • Summer season runs from June through August. Most leagues are paused during this period. We recommend continuing leagues during the summer only if there are at least 30 active players.

A short break is scheduled between the fall and spring seasons to accommodate the Christmas and New Year period, when many players are unavailable.
