singles Table tennis ladder competition
Whether you are an experienced player or just starting out: Sign up for the Table tennis league at TTV Amsterdam '78 and you'll play fun matches at your level every two weeks!
- Sign up and select your level. You get your first match email within two weeks.
- You and your opponent decide when to play the match.
- You play the match and register the score.
This activity is only for members of TTV Amsterdam '78.
Individual players
This competition is for individual players. You can sign up without a partner.
Rounds and seasons
Every two weeks you receive a new match. Based on the score we adjust your level to find the best next match.
When you are busy or injured you can skip rounds. You can stop and start any time during the season.
We are currently in round 1 of the 'Fall 2026' season. The next round starts Monday, September 21. The season has a total of 7 rounds and runs until Sunday, December 20.
The whole summer season (May - Aug) can be sat out in one go, instead of skipping those rounds one at a time. You stay registered, but you drop a place for each round you sit out.
Match format
You play 'best of 5 games'. The first player to reach 11 points wins a game, with at least a 2-point lead.
Ladder league rules
The basic rule of the ladder league is simple: you switch positions if you win against a higher-ranked player. For all other scenarios, ClubMatch defines rules covering both standard match outcomes and exceptional situations.
