- You and your opponent choose a time and book the court.
- You play the match and register the score.

Individual players
This competition is for individual players. You can sign up without a partner.
Rounds and seasons
Every two weeks you receive a new match. Based on the score we adjust your level to find the best next match.
When you are busy or injured you can skip rounds. You can stop and start any time during the season.
Match rules
Du/ ni boka 1 h, värmer upp i 5 minuter och spelar 55 min. Ni räknar games. Spelet kan sluta oavgjort.
Efter att deltagandet i stegen är gratis, skall matcherna bara spelas i LTK.
